Flanges Welding Neck

Leave us a message

Product Description:

Weld neck flanges are a type of equipment designed for long and studded necks, which are connected to the pipe through the welding process. We have weld necks that create a strong connection and withstand high pressure. The weld neck is cylindrical, corresponding to the pipe size, helping to create a continuous transition from the pipe to the front.

Application:

Weld neck flanges are commonly used in applications that require a strong, high-strength connection, including:

  • Oil and gas industry : Used in pipeline systems for transporting oil, gas and petrochemical products.
  • Chemical industry : Applied in chemical pipeline systems, fertilizer environments and other corrosive substances.
  • Power Plants : Used in systems for conveying water, steam and other substances in thermal and hydroelectric power plants.
  • Marine Industry : Applied in piping systems on ships and offshore structures.

Standard version:

Weld neck flanges (weld neck fronts) according to ANSI (American National Standards Institute) standards are often added according to ANSI/ASME B16.5 standards. This is an important and widely used standard for products in energy pipeline systems.

  • Size: Specifies standard dimensions for cold-neck clothing including outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness, feather diameter and distance between feather holes.
  • Material: Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal materials suitable for the tool working conditions.
  • Pressure and Temperature: The welded neck facade must meet the requirements for working pressure and temperature, classified according to pressure classes (classes) from 150 to 2500.
